For Phyco200 : swallow 1 phycocyanin capsule per day, preferably before the morning or midday meal with a glass of water. Tip: You can also open and pour the contents of phycocyanin capsules into water before taking them, but it is essential to rinse the glass well and drink a second time to recover all remaining assets!
For spirulina :
⇒ Twigs : 1 large teaspoon of spirulina twigs (3 g) per daybefore the morning or midday meal (for an appetite-suppressant effect) or during the meal.
How? Spirulina sprigs can be eaten on their own or dissolved in water, or sprinkled over dishes, salads, compotes, yoghurts, smoothies or other preparations such as hummus. Spirulina should be eaten cold to preserve its nutritional qualities.
⇒ Tablets : 6 x 500 mg tablets per day to be swallowed with a glass of water, preferably before the morning or midday meal.
The dose of spirulina can be doubled in case of sports effort, injury, convalescence, fatigue, allergic terrain, fragile mood.
For liposomal vitamin C, as an attack treatment,
- 100 to 300 mg (1 to 3 drops) a day for children under 10,
- 300 to 600 mg (3 to 6 drops) a day for adolescents up to 15-16 years of age,
- 500 to 1000 mg (5 to 10 drops) per day for adults.
No preservatives, keep refrigerated after opening. Each bottle is valid for up to 60 days once opened.
Our advice: Starting at 2 drops, divide the dose between morning and noon, so that the body benefits more from the vitamin C. Do not exceed 1000 mg per day.
If you're just starting out : it is advisable to start very gradually in the first week for each of the products in this pack. Phycocyanin and spirulina can have a small detoxifying effect at the start.
