We recommend that you a minimum daily dosage of 3 months to enable Phyco-Éléments to sustainably inform the body over several cellular cycles.
If you're just starting out : We recommend starting with a single capsule a day for the first week, then increasing to 2 capsules a day for the remainder of the bottle. Phycocyanin may have a slight detoxifying effect at the start.

Contrairement à la phycocyanin, présente dans la spiruline brute, la phycocyanine extraite et séchée à froid est directement assimilable par l’organisme. This makes it 6000 to 7000 times more effective.
In fact, to be properly assimilated, phycocyanine, which is a pigment protein a besoin d'être "libre", c'est-à-dire, détachée de la protéine qui la porte. Au sein de la spiruline, elle est sous une forme qui n'est pas utilisable par le corps dans le délai de la digestion.
