For Phyco-Vision : swallow two capsules from Phyco-Vision per day, preferably during the morning or midday meal with a glass of water.
For DHA : 1 DHA 100% algal capsule 250 mg per day, with a meal and a glass of water. Store below 25 degrees.
If you're just starting out : It is advisable to start very gradually during the first week. Phycocyanin and spirulina can have a small detoxifying effect at the start.
It is advisable to take Phyco-Vision for at least 3 months a day, to enable it to provide the body with lasting information over several cellular cycles.

Phyco-Vision is not recommended for pregnant and breast-feeding women. Should not be taken on the same day as other dietary supplements containing astaxanthin esters. Not to be taken before the age of 14.
