Un niveau ad\u00e9quat de ce min\u00e9ral semble jouer un r\u00f4le dans la r\u00e9duction de plusieurs d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ments et complications.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Diab\u00e8te gestationnel :<\/strong>\u00a0Les \u00e9tudes ont montr\u00e9 que les femmes enceintes pr\u00e9sentant un diab\u00e8te gestationnel avaient des niveaux de magn\u00e9sium total et ionis\u00e9 plus faibles [5]. Une m\u00e9ta-analyse confirme ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne, particuli\u00e8rement marqu\u00e9 au troisi\u00e8me trimestre et dans les populations europ\u00e9ennes [6].<\/li><li><strong>Hypertension et pr\u00e9\u00e9clampsie :<\/strong> Par ailleurs, un niveau insuffisant de magn\u00e9sium est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 un risque accru de tension art\u00e9rielle \u00e9lev\u00e9e pendant la grossesse et de pr\u00e9\u00e9clampsie [7,8]. Une diminution significative du magn\u00e9sium s\u00e9rique a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9e chez les femmes atteintes de pr\u00e9\u00e9clampsie.<\/li><li><strong>Travail pr\u00e9matur\u00e9 et accouchement pr\u00e9matur\u00e9 :<\/strong>\u00a0Le magn\u00e9sium joue un r\u00f4le dans la r\u00e9gulation des contractions ut\u00e9rines. Un apport insuffisant pourrait favoriser un travail pr\u00e9matur\u00e9 par hyperexcitabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019ut\u00e9rus [9]. Elle r\u00e9duit la glyc\u00e9mie \u00e0 jeun, am\u00e9liore la sensibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019insuline et aide \u00e0 diminuer le cholest\u00e9rol LDL ainsi que le cholest\u00e9rol total [11,12].<\/li><li><strong>R\u00e9duction des crampes aux jambes :<\/strong>\u00a0Les crampes aux jambes sont fr\u00e9quentes pendant la grossesse. Plusieurs \u00e9tudes ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que le magn\u00e9sium permettait de r\u00e9duire leur fr\u00e9quence et leur intensit\u00e9, avec une am\u00e9lioration significative d\u00e8s 4 semaines de suppl\u00e9mentation [13,14].<\/li><li><strong>Pr\u00e9vention de l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9vation de la pression art\u00e9rielle :<\/strong> Le magn\u00e9sium aide \u00e0 maintenir une pression art\u00e9rielle stable durant les derni\u00e8res semaines de la grossesse [15].<\/li><li><strong>R\u00e9duction du risque de pr\u00e9\u00e9clampsie<\/strong> : Une m\u00e9ta-analyse r\u00e9cente a montr\u00e9 que la suppl\u00e9mentation orale en magn\u00e9sium pourrait r\u00e9duire le risque de pr\u00e9\u00e9clampsie. [16]<\/li><li><strong>R\u00e9duction des hospitalisations maternelles et des accouchements pr\u00e9matur\u00e9s :<\/strong>\u00a0Des \u00e9tudes ont rapport\u00e9 une diminution des hospitalisations maternelles et des accouchements pr\u00e9matur\u00e9s chez les femmes recevant un apport suppl\u00e9mentaire en magn\u00e9sium [17,10].<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"wd-negative-gap elementor-element elementor-element-1bb7826 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"1bb7826\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e666beb elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e666beb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Effets de la compl\u00e9mentation en magn\u00e9sium sur le nouveau-n\u00e9 [18]<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"wd-negative-gap elementor-element elementor-element-7708039 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"7708039\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ac78de0 color-scheme-inherit text-left elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ac78de0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Plusieurs \u00e9tudes ont mis en \u00e9vidence l\u2019effet b\u00e9n\u00e9fique de l\u2019apport en magn\u00e9sium chez les b\u00e9b\u00e9s dont les m\u00e8res avaient re\u00e7u une suppl\u00e9mentation. Un <strong>meilleur score d\u2019Apgar \u00e0 la naissance<\/strong>, indicateur global de l\u2019\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 imm\u00e9diat du nourrisson, a \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9 ainsi qu&rsquo;une diminution\u00a0du stress f\u0153tal.<\/p><p>On observe \u00e9galement une r\u00e9duction des <strong>d\u00e9c\u00e9l\u00e9rations cardiaques f\u0153tales tardives<\/strong> et des <strong>enc\u00e9phalopathies hypoxiques isch\u00e9miques l\u00e9g\u00e8res<\/strong> (EHI), toutes deux associ\u00e9es \u00e0 un manque d\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne autour de la naissance.<\/p><p>Enfin, le magn\u00e9sium semble avoir un <strong>effet protecteur contre le faible poids de naissance et le retard de croissance intra-ut\u00e9rin<\/strong> (RCIU) [19,20].
