Choose the form that's easiest to eat for 3 months!
⇒ Twigs : 1 large teaspoon of spirulina twigs (3 g) per daybefore the morning or midday meal (for an appetite-suppressant effect) or during the meal.
How? Spirulina sprigs can be eaten on their own or dissolved in water, or sprinkled over dishes, salads, compotes, yoghurts, smoothies or other preparations such as hummus. Spirulina should be eaten cold to preserve its nutritional qualities.
⇒ Tablets : 6 x 500 mg tablets per day to be swallowed with a glass of water, preferably before the morning or midday meal.
The dose of spirulina can be doubled in case of sports effort, injury, convalescence, fatigue, allergic terrain, fragile mood.
We recommend that you a minimum daily dosage of 3 months to enable Spirulina to sustainably inform the body over several cellular cycles.
If you're just starting out : It is advisable to start very gradually during the first week. Spirulina may have a slight detoxifying effect at the start.
The best shape is the one you're sure to eat!
The shape spirulina's crudest form is the twig. Once the spirulina has been harvested, drained and wrung out, we shape the biomass into spaghetti and dry it before crushing it. This is the form that has undergone the least processing and preserves the most nutrients.Â
To manufacture the tablets, there are two additional steps:Â grinding and compression. But if you're too intimidated by twigs at the moment, it's better to take pills and take them well than to buy twigs you won't eat...
