Take 1 to 2 capsules of PHYCO 500 a day, preferably before your morning or midday meal.
We recommend that you a minimum daily dosage of 3 months to enable Phyco 500 to sustainably inform the body over several cellular cycles.
Tip: Open capsules and pour contents into water before use, to take advantage of phycocyanin's magnificent color and optimize its assimilation.
If you're just starting out :Â It's advisable to start with just one capsule a day for the first week, and gradually increase the number of capsules to suit your needs. Phycocyanin may have a slight detoxifying effect at the start.
