Take 4 Magnesium-B6 capsules a day with a glass of water, spread out over the course of the day. For children aged 6 and over and adolescents: 3 capsules a day.
The recommended daily dose is 6 mg of magnesium per kg per day, i.e. 360 mg for a 60 kg person, 420 mg for a 70 kg person, 500 mg for an 80 kg person.
The needs of pregnant or breastfeeding women, athletes and growing children are increased.
It is advisable to take Magnesium + B6 for at least 3 months a day, to enable it to provide the body with lasting information over several cellular cycles.
