Terms and conditions of entry - "1 year Life's Code 360° Essentielle" competition
Article 1 - Organization
The company Life's Code, registered under the number 849711551100010, whose head office is located at 198 rue Championnet 75018 Paris, is organizing a free competition with no obligation to buy entitled "1 year Life's Code 360 ESSENTIELLE".
Article 2 - Participation conditions
This contest is open to all natural persons of legal age residing in metropolitan France, excluding Life's Code employees and their families. Only one entry per person is permitted.
Article 3 - Terms of participation
Entries are made by filling in the entry form made available at trade shows or events organized by Life's Code. Each participant must provide complete and truthful information. Any illegible, incomplete or fraudulent entry form will be declared null and void.
Article 4 - Designation of the winner
A draw will be made for every 1,000 entries collected. The winner will be contacted by SMS and phone call within 7 days of the draw. If there is no response within 14 days, a new winner will be chosen.
Article 5 - Prize
The winner will receive a one-year subscription to Life's Code 360 ESSENTIEL, including :
- 1-year supply of a Bol d'Air Jacquier Tonic,
- 1 bottle of Phyco 200 (90 capsules) per quarter, i.e. 4 bottles over 12 months,
- 1 ÖKO 650 ml filter flask,
- Naturopathic support with 1 interview per quarter,
- A 15% discount on all Life's Code products for the duration of the subscription.
Article 6 - Terms of delivery
The winner must provide a valid delivery address in mainland France. The subscription is strictly personal and non-transferable. No compensation or cash consideration will be given.
The winner must accept the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of the 360 offer and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the Bol d'Air Jacquier rental agreement in order to receive the gift.
The winner must provide a deposit (not cashed) equivalent to the value of the equipmentwhich will be returned at the end of the subscription, provided the Bol d'Air Jacquier is returned in good working order and undamaged.
Delivery of the prize is conditional upon provision of valid identification and proof of address.
Article 7 - Use of personal data
The information collected as part of the competition is intended for Life's Code to manage the competition and send commercial offers if the participant consents. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended, and the RGPD, each participant has the right to access, rectify and delete his/her data, by contacting: mail@lifes-code.com.
Article 8 - Responsibilities
Life's Code cannot be held responsible for the loss of e-mail, technical problems or any other impediment beyond its control.
Article 9 - Acceptance of the rules
Participation in the competition implies full acceptance of these rules.
Article 10 - Applicable law
The present rules are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to its interpretation or application will be referred to the competent courts of Paris.
